Refund policy

At WFT STUDIO, we aim to provide quality products and customer satisfaction. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if the item received is damaged or defective.

We do not accept returns for:

• Wrong size selection
• Change of mind
• Color expectations
• Personal preference issues

2. Size Responsibility

Customers are requested to check the size carefully before ordering.
WFT STUDIO will not be responsible for incorrect size selections made by customers.

3. Unboxing Video Requirement

To request a return or refund, customers must provide:

• A clear unboxing video
• The video must show the package being opened from the beginning without cuts or edits

Claims without proper unboxing proof may be rejected.

4. Return Conditions

Returned items must:

• Be unused and unwashed
• Include original tags and packaging
• Be reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery

5. Refund Process

Once the returned item is inspected and approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment providers

6. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns/refunds will not be accepted if:

• The product has been used or washed
• Tags are removed
• No valid unboxing video is provided
• Damage is caused after delivery
